Wire Transfer

When you need to move funds in and out of your Transaction Account for investment transfers or for a member, VolCorp’s Wire Transfer service is the solution. Our Wire Transfer service offers convenience and security at below market fees. Simply call our Member Service Department with your wire password, wiring instructions, and we will take care of the rest. Funds will be available in the designated account that same day. Settlement will take place through your Transaction Account making reconciliation a snap.

Open Door Wire

We are proud to offer our Open Door Wire product, a new Internet-based program which provides a fast and efficient means of performing your credit union’s daily funds transfer processing. Open Door is an interactive program that allows you to send and receive member and investment wire transfers online via the Internet. In addition, to dramatically reducing the cost associated with your funds transfer processing, Open Door provides an easy, convenient, and low maintenance means of offering wire transfer services. Open Door is easy to use with built in help menus to guide you through the program. Most importantly, your wire information is protected through the most advanced security features available today.

TeleTransfer

Our TeleTransfer service is an excellent tool for moving funds from your Commercial Bank account for deposit into your VolCorp Transaction Account. This service was developed as a cost-effective alternative to mailing checks for deposit or higher-priced wire transfers. Call our Member Service Department, indicate your pre-approved card number and the amount you want transferred. The next business day, your funds will be available in your interest-bearing Transaction Account.

Electronic Debit Transfer (EDT)

On those rare occasions when you need additional funds in your Commercial Bank account, our EDT service is available. With this transfer service, you can move funds from your VolCorp Transaction Account for deposit into your Bank. Call and indicate your pre-approved card number, wire password and amount of transfer. The next business day your transfer will be effective.
