Karla Donley Promoted to Vice President of Consulting at Volunteer Corporate Credit Union

NASHVILLE - - Volunteer Corporate Credit Union’s (VolCorp) Board of Directors announced the promotion of Karla Donley to Vice President of Consulting. During her tenure at VolCorp, Ms. Donley has been instrumental in the development and implementation of strategic programs and services to the membership.

Most recently, Ms. Donley has been serving as Assistant Vice President of Marketing & Member Services. Ms. Donley has been a part of the VolCorp team for over seventeen years. Her previous experience at VolCorp includes Assistant Manager, Operations; Manager, Data Entry; Manager, Operations and Manager, Marketing/Member Services.

As Vice President of Consulting, Ms. Donley will be responsible for development and implementation of strategic products and services in the areas of ALM Management, Strategic Planning, ACH Services, Charter Amendments and Charter Conversions. She will also be instrumental in the research and development of new products and services to meet the changing needs of our member credit unions in the marketplace.

VolCorp has over $1.4 billion in total assets and has a national field of membership.
