Volunteer Corporate (VolCorp) Announces New Branch Capture Solution

NASHVILLE - - Volunteer Corporate Credit Union (VolCorp) announced its partnership with Advanced Financial Solutions (AFS) to offer a turnkey branch capture solution that gives credit unions the ability to capture their checks and all the electronic data associated with those checks, at their branches, on a real-time basis

According to A. Bruce Fahnestock, III, VolCorp CEO, “Our branch capture solution is significant due to technologies evolving from the passage of “Check 21.” Although not required by the legislation, Check 21 opened the door for truncating checks and exchanging electronic check data between credit unions and other financial institutions, resulting in faster availability of funds. VolCorp is committed to providing leading-edge technology to our member credit unions.”
