Paul Shorkey is the Assistant Vice-President at VolCorp in charge of Risk Management. Paul is responsible for VolCorp’s Asset/Liability Management, Credit Risk Management, and the Asset/Liability Modeling Service for VolCorp’s member credit unions.

Before joining VolCorp in 2004, Paul had been in the banking industry for over five years, where he worked with Suntrust Robinson Humphrey in their Investment Solutions group as well as other positions involving SBA Loan Credit Analysis and Loan Servicing.

Paul is currently a Level III candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. Paul is also a graduate of Georgia State University where he received an MBA in Finance. Paul has a Master of Arts from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University.
