Karla Donley Promoted to AVP Marketing/Member Services at Volunteer Corporate Credit Union

NASHVILLE - Volunteer Corporate Credit Union’s (VolCorp) Board of Directors announced the promotion of Karla Donley to Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Member Services. During her tenure at VolCorp, Ms. Donley has been instrumental in the development and implementation of strategic programs and services to the membership. Previous experience at VolCorp includes Assistant Manager, Operations; Manager, Data Entry; Manager, Operations and Manager, Marketing/Member Services. She has been employed with VolCorp for seventeen years.

As Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Member Services, Ms. Donley responsibilities will include supervising the member service representatives for internal controls and day-to-day activities of the member services area, overseeing the relationships between member credit unions and VolCorp, and the placement of Volunteer Corporate products and services in the marketplace.

VolCorp has over $1.4 billion in total assets and has a national field of membership.
