Sandy Swofford Joins Volunteer Corporate Credit Union as New Vice President of Marketing and Operations

NASHVILLE, TN - Volunteer Corporate Credit Union (VolCorp) announced the position of Vice President of Marketing and Operations was filled recently by Sandy Swofford. Ms. Swofford’s background includes over seventeen years in the financial services industry where she served as Manager of AFG Employees Credit Union and President of Bristol Federal Credit Union. She also served on VolCorp’s Board of Directors in the early 1990’s.

As Vice President of Marketing and Operations, Ms. Swofford will be responsible for all areas of strategic brand and image development, advertising, public relations, promotions, direct marketing, business development, legislative development and internal and external communications. She will also oversee the market research function and be instrumental in the placement of Volunteer Corporate’s products and services in the marketplace.

Ms. Swofford holds both her Bachelor and Masters degrees in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University.
