Volunteer Corporate Announces New Consulting Service

NASHVILLE, TN – Volunteer Corporate Credit Union (VolCorp) introduced its newest consulting service, ACH Audits. VolCorp also announced the addition of Susan Owen, Consultant.

Susan Owen joined VolCorp’s consulting services department specializing in operational and ACH services. Ms. Owen’s background includes twenty-two years of credit union experience. She also specializes in corporate credit union account reconciliation including the analysis and implementation of balancing procedures for member services and products including share drafts, ACH transactions, debit and ATM cards and ATM’s owned by credit unions.

VolCorp, with its national field of membership, currently serves member credit unions throughout Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia.
