As the Senior Vice President of Payment Systems & Member Services and Chief Operations Officer, Karla Knisley is responsible for daily processing as well as development and implementation of strategic products and services in the areas of Item Processing, ACH Services and Member Services. Karla is also instrumental in the research and development of new products and services to meet the changing needs of our member credit unions.

Karla has 20 years of corporate operations experience. Her tenure at VolCorp includes Assistant Manager, Operations; Manager, Data Entry; Manager, Operations; Manager and AVP of Marketing/Member Services which included business development and building strong relationships with member credit unions. Karla also managed our Consulting Department for two years which included ACH Audits, ALM Services, Charter Conversions, Facilitating Strategic Planning Sessions and Operational Efficiency Reviews.
